Tuition Reimbursement

Wellstar is thrilled to announce our partnership with Guild, who will serve as our Tuition Reimbursement Partner. Our partnership allows us to expand our education benefit options to include fully-funded tuition programs for key critical roles.

If I am new to Tuition Reimbursement what should I do?

Please click here for the “How To” guide which explains everything you need to know about setting up an account and learning about how Tuition Reimbursement works.

How does Tuition Reimbursement work?

You’ll pay tuition and expenses out of pocket for eligible undergraduate degrees. You’ll then submit an eligibility application and reimbursement request each term. Guild will facilitate reimbursement for you after your eligibility has been confirmed and your reimbursement request is approved.

What are the Tuition Reimbursement limits?

The policy includes Reimbursement of tuition and fees, up to Wellstar’s annual funding limit:

  • $4,000 for full-time team members or $2,000 for eligible part-time team members for undergraduate degree courses
  • $4,500 for full-time team members or $2,250 for eligible part-time team members for graduate degree courses

When am I eligible for tuition reimbursement?

Full-time and eligible part-time team members may apply after successfully completing six months of continuous employment. A team member must have been employed continuously for six months prior to program/term start to be considered eligible.
