HighRise, powered by Wellstar’s CareerCare, connects local high school students participating in healthcare career preparation programs with opportunities for clinical rotations at Wellstar.
High school students who are either enrolled in or have recently completed a healthcare career preparation program are eligible to participate.
Yes. Our goal through the HighRise program is to extend employment offers to all high school seniors who successfully complete a clinical rotation with Wellstar.
